After suffering burnout during 2013 in the corporate world as an IT project manager, Karl turned to yoga as a last resort. What started as a personal escape and restorative practice for his competitive fitness regime, became a life calling to serve others in the mental health and spiritual space. He founded One Big Heart in 2017 with a mission to help people build stronger bodies and clearer minds through the power of yoga.

No. This is built for complete beginners. We start simple and build confidence fast.
Each video is 3–7 minutes. You can practise in under 10 minutes a day.
